Forever 21 Files for Bankruptcy

Forever 21, a teenage clothing store with 549 current U.S. stores and 251 international stores, has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. They are planning to close between 300 and 500 stores, with up to 178 of them being in the U.S. Forever 21 also operates 15 Riley Rose stores, which sell beauty products, but have not announced if any of those locations will be closing and has yet to release a master list of store closures. Stacey Dash, 52, was arrested for domestic battery charges in Florida on Sunday, September 30, 2019. She is best known for her role as Dionne Davenport in the 1995 teen romance movie “Clueless.” TMZ confirms that the alleged victim is her fourth husband and Florida attorney Jeffrey Marty, but Pasco Country Sheriff’s department has not yet identified Marty by name. More than six tourists have died in the Dominican Republic in the last 12 months. One of which is Robert Wallace who fell ill in April at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana on April 14.
